Worked with the client, internal team members, and subcontractors for budgets and fabrication.
RESULT
This project started with a logo, a construction rendering of a building, and the client's direction: "We'd like to see some options."

This project started with a logo, a construction rendering of a building, and the client's direction: "We'd like to see some options."
From that point, there were many rounds of concept development, during which the client was excited about the results presented to them; however, they realized the need for their internal team to collectively decide what they wanted. There was a pause for a couple of months, and the result was a client-supplied concept, of which I put my spin on and detailed out for the build.
